Raj runs a tour company in [Kathmandu](/places/kathmandu.md), and Harry links
it in the video description. He drives as well as guides, which in a city with
no metro and lanes this narrow is most of the value.

A self-described foodie — it is why he set up the business — he chooses most of
the stops on Harry's food day: a Newari restaurant cut into a hillside up lanes
Harry says he could never have located, a sekuwa barbecue, hand-pressed noodles
in Boudha, and a Thakali kitchen for dal bhat. He also explains what Harry is
looking at along the way, including the Tibetan community around the Boudha
stupa and what the prayer flags are for. His own favourite dish is bara, the
lentil pancake, and he clears his dal bhat plate faster than anyone at the
table.
