# A Day In My Life Living In COLOMBIA 🇨🇴

Harry has moved east to [Santa Marta](/places/santa-marta.md), and this is the
bundle's clearest record of the *job* rather than the travel. Facing several days
in the jungle with no power and no internet, he spends the day in a co-working
space getting four videos edited and scheduled so they publish without him — then
takes a taxi out to a hostel at the edge of
[Tayrona National Park](/places/tayrona-national-park.md) to start walking at
dawn.

He frames it deliberately as the unglamorous version: he says on camera that he
isn't going to pretend every day is a five-star hotel, and that some days are
just travelling and working.

Two things make it more than a filler episode. He gives Santa Marta the only
plainly negative verdict in the cluster. And the evening at the hostel changes
how he books for the rest of the country — not for the room, but because the
people there had just walked the park he was about to walk.
