# My Top 10 Best Moments In Pakistan 🇵🇰

The last video of the series, and **a compilation rather than a new day** — Harry
picks his own highlights from five weeks and recuts them. Almost everything in it
is already recorded on the pages it came from, so this page is an index to those
rather than a second telling.

Its value is the ranking itself: it is Harry saying which of fifty videos
mattered, and the answer is weighted heavily towards
[Hunza](/places/hunza-valley.md) and towards evenings with people rather than
sights.

## What he picks, and where it is written up

- **A lift from a stranger on the back of a bike**, and the hunt for cheese
  paratha after dark — the running theme of the city days.
- **[Hussaini Bridge](/places/hussaini-bridge.md)**, the crossing itself, and the
  comfort-zone argument he makes halfway over: fear only harms the person feeling
  it, and it is what people warned him about Pakistan.

## The one new thing in it: feeding the train

The only material here that isn't in the bundle already is the sleeper's kitchen.
Harry is let in to film, and it is an assembly line: one man cooking the chicken,
one plating rice, one wrapping, one stacking. **Roughly a minute per meal, and
200 to 300 meals to make.** With no shared language, he watches it and says the
obvious thing, which is that they are working very hard.

It sits oddly against the advice on the same journey — several locals told him
not to eat or drink anything served on board, and he didn't.
