Jacob (YouTube: @JacobslifeinVegas) lives in Las Vegas and makes videos about it. He is the reason Harry’s Vegas video contains anything beyond a hotel tour.

Almost every correction on the Las Vegas page comes from him: that nobody lives in the casinos, that most locals live twenty minutes out and some go years without visiting the Strip, that prostitution is legal in Nevada but not in Clark County, that violent crime rose in 2020 and 2021 and has fallen since, and that around 1,500 people live in the storm tunnels under the city with their own community and hierarchy. He also explains where skill genuinely exists in a casino and where it doesn’t.

One detail Harry draws out and it is worth keeping: casinos offer Jacob free rooms and meals because of his channel, and he says he has always paid for his own — because he thought that was the more honest way to cover the city he lives in.
